We’re delighted to announce that we’ve been shortlisted in four categories at the 2025 Fire & Security Matters (FSM) Awards, recognising our continued leadership in fire safety, customer support and sustainability.
Advanced has made the shortlist for:
- Fire Safety Manufacturer of the Year
- ESG Company of the Year (Turnover over £10M)
- Customer Service Award
- Fire Safety Project of the Year
These nominations follow our double win at last year’s 2024 FSM Awards, where we proudly took home both Fire Safety Manufacturer of the Year and ESG Company of the Year (Turnover over £10M).
Our nomination for this year’s Customer Service Award highlights the efforts of our dedicated Customer Services and Technical Support teams, who handled more than 80,000 enquiries last year. It also reflects the success of our new self-service software download portal and growing training programme, which saw over 500 professionals benefit from CPD-accredited courses and hands-on product guidance.
In the ESG category, we’ve been recognised for our continued drive to embed sustainability across our operations, from reducing Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42%, to running our UK sites on 100% renewable electricity and improving the recyclability and energy efficiency of our products.
Our Fire Safety Manufacturer of the Year entry celebrates the launch of our next-generation MxPro 5 fire panel, redesigned for easier integration with AdvancedLive remote management and featuring faster configuration times, a new loop driver card, and improved open–protocol flexibility.
Meanwhile, our nomination for Project of the Year recognises the installation of AdvancedLive at Blists Hill Victorian Town – a site spanning historic buildings, mine tunnels and standalone structures. The system, implemented by Chubb Fire & Security, used a bespoke visual interface and wireless technology to provide seamless remote monitoring and fire safety control, without compromising the museum’s heritage.
The winners will be revealed at the FSM Awards ceremony on 5th June 2025, held at the CBS Arena, Coventry. We’re honoured to be among this year’s nominees and look forward to celebrating with our industry peers on the night.
