How to quote AdvancedLive
To ensure we’re able to set up your AdvancedLive subscription
as quickly as possible, there are some important points to note.
1.Ensure you have the right MxPro 5 panel
To use AdvancedLive, you will need a next-generation (Gen-2) MxPro 5 panel.
This version of the MxPro 5 has an Ethernet port built into the basecard and carries a red sticker on the outer box and/or panel fascia.
2. Identify your requirements
Standalone or networked?
The price of AdvancedLive is based on connection to the Cloud. To establish how many subscriptions you need, please consider the following:
Scenario 1
Each individual panel connected to the Cloud needs its own subscription.
For example: Three standalone panels will require 3 x ADVLIVE/1 subscriptions.
Scenario 2
Three networked panels require only 1 x ADVLIVE/NW/2-10 subscription.
3. Map or list view?
AdvancedLive offers you the choice of list or map (graphics style) view.
If the map view is needed, we require an as-fitted drawing in order to set up the maps for your site, its zones and devices.
The map view price is based on:
The total number of floors that need to be mapped per building.
In this example of two buildings, each with six floors, you’d need:
12 x Live-Map-Floor (part code)
The number of addresses (not points) that need to be plotted.
In this example, you’d need:
137 x Live-Map-Device (part code)
Please note:
The ‘Devices used’ column within the Config file is your easiest way to find the number of addresses required.
