We are pleased to announce the appointment of Salvy Vittozzi as the Regional Sales Manager for the South East. With over two decades of experience in the fire and security industry, Salvy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
Salvy’s journey in the industry began as a fire alarm designer, where he honed his skills in designing fire safety systems. His unique background as a designer has allowed him to adapt and thrive as new technologies and industry standards have evolved over the years. Salvy has worked with a diverse range of companies, including electrical wholesalers, manufacturers, and installers, gaining valuable insights and experiences at every step of his career.
Over the past decade, Salvy has held significant roles as a Regional Sales Manager for respected companies like Fike and, more recently, Advanced’s Halma sister company, Apollo. He also served as a Business Development Manager for Clarkson Safety. These roles have not only expanded his knowledge but have also equipped him with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
In his new role, Salvy’s primary focus will be on nurturing and strengthening customer relationships, and drawing on customer feedback to drive innovation in new product development. His passion for learning and his dedication to simplifying fire industry safety solutions make him a valuable addition to the Advanced team.
Salvy, who will be covering the South East UK region from his base in Andover, said: “I am thrilled to join Advanced and feel honoured and privileged to work with one of the world’s leading open protocol panel manufacturers. I’m also excited to once again be part of the Halma Group, a global leader in safety, health, and environmental technologies.”
Matthew Jones, Head of UK Sales for the UK & Ireland at Advanced, said: “I am delighted to welcome Salvy Vittozzi to our team. Salvy’s extensive industry knowledge, coupled with his commitment to customer satisfaction and innovation, align perfectly with our company’s values and goals. We look forward to achieving new heights with him on board.”
